Return and Refund Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. In accordance with German consumer law, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt.

• Return Period: You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a refund.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@druclo.com.
• Refund Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

How to Start Your Return Request:

• Send an email to info@druclo.com with the subject line 'RETURN REQUEST - #XXXX (Order number of the item/items you wish to return)', and explain which products you are requesting a return for and the reason for the return.
• If your return is approved, our team will send a confirmation and your UPS return code via email within 1 day.
• You must deliver the items you wish to return to the nearest UPS branch along with the provided return code.
• Once the returned items are sent, your request will be processed within 7-10 days, and your payment will be refunded.
